The Board of Directors and staff at River Forest are committed to making your visit with us a very special experience whether you are golfing or enjoying the club facilities. Golf:
All players are expected to complete their round in a maximum of 4 hours and 12 minutes. It is the player’s responsibility to make sure that all divots, ball marks and footprints are properly repaired. Caddies are an optional yet recommended service. We require players to wear non-metal spikes at all times.

Attire:
Proper attire and footwear are required on the golf course at all times.  Proper attire includes slacks, golfing shorts, golf shirts with collars, sweaters or jackets, and suitable golf footwear.  Jeans of any kind, running shorts, short shorts, tee shirts, jogging suits, tennis attire, or jogging shoes are not acceptable.  The dress code will be enforced at all times and is applicable to all golfers.

In many areas of the clubhouse, casual golfing attire is acceptable.  Jeans or denim slacks, skirts or jackets of any color are not allowed at the club.

Parking:
You may park your vehicle in any of the designated parking areas.

Lockers:
Locker rooms are located on the main level of the clubhouse.  A locker room attendant will assign you a locker and is available to assist you.

Practice Facilities:
Practice facilities are available for guest use prior to play. 

Cell Phones:
Use of cell phones is prohibited on the golf course or practice facility at all times.  Cell phones are not permitted in the dining room.

Pro Shop:
The staff at our Pro Shop are available to answer any questions you may have in regard to tee times, the golf course, and the event in which you are playing.  Golf apparel, equipment, or accessories can be purchased at the fully-stocked Pro Shop.
